We then contact previously identified companies and other potential customers for the technology to determine the best outlets for commercialization.
Licensing Agreement Negotiations
Townsend & Banta can provide direct assistance in drafting and negotiation of patent license agreements (PLAs) as well as other technology transfer agreements including cooperative research agreements.
A determination of the value of the technology to the customer must be established to assist in negotiation of the terms of a PLA.
